Vintage Yves Saint Laurent rare massive red resin heart pierced by silver metal and rhinestones arrow brooch. Signed. Excellent condition, but it is missing the small cap of the closure insurance, it can still be closed correctly, without problem, very light scratches on the heart and slightly crooked needle, see images.
